Nothing. The Clear Connect service is completely complimentary.

>If your service is free for me, then how does The Clear Connect get paid?

We partnered with the nation’s leading service providers as an authorized dealer and are compensated by those providers directly. The best part for you is we find you the deals but do not charge any surcharges or extra fees for our service!

>Will I incur any additional charges or fees from connecting my service through The Clear Connect than doing it on my own?

No way! Actually, all the rates that The Clear Connect offer to our clients, like you, are usually better or the same as what our clients can get on their own. The value we bring is saving you time and effort in locating the utility and home services available for your home, as well as being a direct resource for any questions you have. We tailor it to your specific needs and lifestyle.

>What if I do not plan to move for at least another month, when should I contact you?

We always suggest, the sooner the better as that allows us ample time to investigate the specific options and competitive rates for you.

>Uh-oh! I move in tomorrow… can The Clear Connect help me?

Yes! We will work with you to start the process to connecting you to your utilities and home services as soon as possible. Most providers require at least 24 hours to begin service to your home.

>Can I simply transfer my current bills to my new residence?

This is something The Clear Connect would not recommend because we can usually help connect you to better options and technology that provide you greater value. We work to design your options to your unique needs.

>If I typically do this myself, why would I utilize your service?

>I know someone that is moving and could use your service. Will it be free for them too?

>Will you disconnect my utilities and home services at my previous residence?

It would be great if we could but, unfortunately, only account holders are allowed to make changes or disconnect any services. We are more than happy to help walk you through this process but we are unable to do it ourselves.

>Do you provide me better deals than if I were to find services on my own?

Through the industry leading companies we partnered with, we strive to provide you the most competitive rates, deals and even promotions out there. We even offer exclusive deals specific for The Clear Connect customers. Just remember, the best part is you do not have to go fishing for these yourself; we already did the hard part for you.

>Can you help me even if I am not a new home buyer?

Most certainly! For existing home owners, we complete a review of your current utility and home service bills to find you better packages that bring you increased value.
